For your info:
My name is Ayeda, mom is Yenenana and paps is Too-Toot. Just to be clear about some obvious things. Sorry for not writing for so long, but I heard the good excuse the other day: "It must be exhausting writing such kinda blog!". And I thought, well... yeah... I'll go along with that excuse. No, no, I'm definitely not lazy. I'm the essence of the energy, I had to have come equipped with some exceptional long lasting batteries. No need to recharge ones.
I'm also known for sometimes caressing my peers maybe a little bit harder than they would want me to. But it honestly depends how you look at the things. I'm just trying to communicate with them (no, no, it's not the sign language for "hit and run"), it's just that I'm really excited. You know, girls just wanna have fun...
Think I wrote enough for now...

And a little bit of this and a little bit of that

So the prediction was: "the child will probably not speak till its 3 years old" considering the languages its simultaneously bombarded with. I mean, what would you say if the answer to your simple question "what is this?" would look something like: darling -this is a car; hayir - bu araba; ne beba - to je auto; Mausi, nein - das ist ein Fahrzeug! ...Get it?!
Though, it may seem something like "words don't come easy to me" since I last posted on my blog, a year and a half now and I seem to can not stop talking. My vocabulary increased dramatically (using a Croatian dictionary mainly and spicing it up with some Turkish). I can ask "what is that?", I can say that my dad is working, and I can even order my mom to clean! But don't be surprised if I sometimes look surprisedly at my baba talking to me. Then I usually give my mom a look: "could you be so kind and translate that for me?"
Its incredible what grownups put kids through - I'm suppose to capiche, talk, and keep up with 3 languages?!Not to mention that there's a 4th language that they're, so far, keeping mercifully away from me, all the rules coming every minute: do this, don't do this, that's not nice, why did you do this....eat your greens, drink your milk, brush your teeth, don't scream, watch out, be careful...and the list never ends!!! Jeez, talking about the stress! I don't know, the way it started, I might move when I'm 2.
Enough about nagging! Let's play a little bit...

Lost and found

Lately, according to my Mommy, since I started walking, we're living in the Bermuda's triangle, or the Black hole. Things seem to disappear magically. Nothing to be attributed to the paranormal, or suspension of the laws of physics, or activity by extraterrestrial beings. Most of the time my little fingers tend to be involved in it. And after some long searching (hours, days) those things pop out in the most strangest places. And there you have sunglasses in the baba's toolbox, mom' make up in the flower pot, toys in the onion basket, creme in the printer, kitchen paper in the washing machine,...
Some serious CSI material

MADE IN KROATIEN

"Vovo" stands for Lovro
"Jaja" stands for Lara, my grandparents dog
"Mina" is Lara's mom - Mina
"Di" is in Croatian "where"
"Da" is "give" and "take" (I'm trying to minimize things)
"Nona" is "nanna" (derives from Italian, FYI)
"Deda" is of course "grandpa"
"Mama" is mama and whenever I don't know what to say
"Baba" is daddy and currently "Bambi"

This, my dear Leute, is what we call new Urban dictionary aka "Babynesich"
And and and: first steps made on Easter 24. 04. 2011 in "Vovo's" garden!

ITS MY 1st BIRTHDAY

Its 6th of March. Again. Last time that day happened, I was 52,5 long and 3430 heavy, all bluish purple - a little wizened old fellow with no teeth. One year later I'm the the most cheerful, joyful, loudest Allegra I've ever seen. I'm just happy kid - no worries, no obligations, and no siblings.

I made myself a small party today. Invited some dear old friends Nandini, Marcel, Maya, Matija, Lyn, Julian, Natalie and my homie - Noel to the bar/restaurant Barcelona by the river. We had tapas, prosecco, and 1 candle on the chocolate/banana cake with my edible photo on it. I was delicious! My very first birthday!
